Return & Refund Policy

At the Jiyaraais house, each piece is customized as per the client’s requirements while order and not two pieces are the same. Please note we do not accept returns and exchanges on the products once sold. We also do not take returns of products ordered on cash on delivery.

In case of any queries and concerns with regards to your order, please write to us within 24 hours on receipt of the product to orders@jiyaraais.com. Our designated team will reach out to you as soon  as possible.
